Creative Director

Job Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in art direction, digital content creation, or creative roles within agency or in-house teams.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with video tools such as Premiere or After Effects is a plus.
• Solid understanding of branding and the ability to apply visual guidelines across retail and digital platforms.
• Experience in content production and coordinating with internal teams or external vendors.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under fast-paced retail timelines.
• Capable of providing clear creative guidance and managing a small creative team.
• Preferred: experience in retail industries, especially fashion, lifestyle, beauty, F&B retail, or optical/eyewear.
• Relevant education in Visual Communication Design, Creative Advertising, or Multimedia is a plus; a strong portfolio is required.

Job Description

• Develop creative concepts for social media, digital campaigns, in-store promotions, and marketing materials that support retail objectives.
• Provide clear visual direction to designers, photographers, and videographers for product-focused and campaign-driven content.
• Ensure consistent brand identity across all touchpoints, including digital assets, in-store displays, POSM, signage, and packaging.
• Oversee content production such as product shoots, lifestyle shoots, lookbooks, and video materials for retail and e-commerce channels.
• Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and retail operations to translate commercial needs into effective creative executions.
• Supervise a small creative team, manage workflows, provide briefs and feedback, and conduct quality control before materials are released.
• Support the creation of new visual ideas and retail-driven creative strategies that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
