Finance Staff

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Finance or Administrative roles (experience in retail industry is a plus).
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles (debit, credit, accounts payable/receivable).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Familiar with basic accounting software is a plus.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • High integrity and responsibility in handling company financial matters.

Job Description

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret relevant company financial data.
  • Evaluate and assist in optimizing financial procedures and internal controls.
  • Perform daily financial transactions recording and administrative tasks.
  • Prepare and assist in budgeting for company expenses.
  • Manage company expenses and monitor accounts payable and receivable.
  • Maintain and organize invoices, tax documents, and other financial records.
  • Review and process employee reimbursement claims.
  • Ensure financial administration complies with company policies and applicable regulations.
